Requirements

• One regular registration can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. 
• For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
• Each additional paper may be included in the conference proceedings for an additional fee.
• One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE copy. 
• Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST author.

Authors must also attend the conference to present their contribution in order to have it included into IEEE Xplore.

 

IEEE No Show Policy

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

 

Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
• Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
• The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
